IDF: An Underground Command Center and A Site Containing Half a Ton of Explosives Were Destroyed in Southern Lebanon
The soldiers of the 2nd Brigade continue limited, localized, targeted ground raids based on precise intelligence in southern Lebanon, under the command of the 146th Division, alongside soldiers from the Yahalom Unit and additional troops.
During the activity a Hezbollah underground command center, including underground terrorist infrastructure reaching a depth of approximately 8 meters below ground, was located and destroyed.
Additionally, underground terrorist infrastructure was located and destroyed, containing a site with half a ton of explosives. The infrastructure was excavated by Hezbollah several years ago at the heart of the civilian population of a village in southern Lebanon. The infrastructure and explosives were neutralized and destroyed.

IDF: The Chief of the General Staff at the “Ramon” Base: “If Iran makes the mistake of launching another missile barrage at Israel, we will once again know how to reach Iran, with capabilities that we did not even use this time”
Today (Tuesday), the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Herzi Halevi, visited the squadrons at the Ramon Airbase that took part in the strike on Iran. The Chief of the General Staff spoke with the air and ground crews who took part in the strike and expressed his appreciation for the IAF’s operations across all arenas.

Attached are the full remarks of the Chief of the General Staff: “If Iran makes the mistake of launching another missile barrage at Israel, we will once again know how to reach Iran, with capabilities that we did not even use this time, and strike very, very hard at both their capabilities and locations that we set aside for now. We did this for a very simple reason, because we may be required to do this again. This event is not over; we are still in the midst of it. We could not have done this without the significant capabilities each and every one of you brings, and now we are looking ahead. Looking forward, I say this to you: we are highly prepared across all fronts. We are operating in Lebanon, in Gaza, fighting terrorism in Judea and Samaria, and in other distant arenas.”
IDF: A short while ago, with the direction of IDF and ISA intelligence, the IAF conducted a precise strike on Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists who were conducting terrorist activity within the Humanitarian Area in Khan Yunis.
Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including the use of precise munitions, aerial surveillance and additional intelligence.
This is a further example of the Hamas terrorist organization’s systematic abuse of civilian infrastructure and use of the humanitarian area as cover for their terrorist attacks and in violation of international law. The IDF will continue to operate against Hamas in defense of the citizens of Israel.
IDF: Footage of the Elimination of Armed Hezbollah Terrorists
During operational activity in southern Lebanon over the past week, troops of the 226th Brigade eliminated armed Hezbollah terrorists who fired at the troops. With the support of engineering equipment and with intelligence and drone guidance, the troops isolated the terrorists and eliminated them with ground and drone fire. The soldiers found numerous weapons in the area that had been used by the terrorists.

IDF: The IDF eliminated the Deputy Commander of Hezbollah’s Radwan Forces
In an IDF intelligence-directed strike, the IAF struck and eliminated Mustafa Ahmad Shahadi, Deputy Commander of Hezbollah’s Radwan Forces in the area of Nabatieh.
Mustafa Ahmad Shahadi advanced numerous terror attacks against the State of Israel. His targeting is part of the effort to degrade Hezbollah’s Radwan Forces’ capabilities to direct and execute terror activities against IDF troops and communities in the northern border, in particular the “Conquer the Galilee” plan.
Shahadi was previously responsible for the Radwan Forces’ operations during combat in Syria between 2012 and 2017, and additionally oversaw terror attacks in southern Lebanon.
The Radwan unit is the elite unit of the Hezbollah terrorist organization whose goal is to infiltrate into Israeli territory and occupy areas near the northern border. The IDF will continue to operate against the terrorists and commanders of the Hezbollah terrorist organization and any threat posed to the citizens of Israel.
IDF: The IDF struck fuel depots belonging to Hezbollah in Lebanon
Earlier today, the IAF conducted intelligence-based strikes on fuel depots located inside military compounds belonging to Hezbollah’s Logistical Reinforcement Unit 4400 in the Beqaa Valley. The unit is responsible for transferring weapons from Iran and its proxies to Hezbollah in Lebanon. These fuel depots supplied fuel for Hezbollah’s military vehicles and were critical to the operation of Hezbollah’s military infrastructure.
The fuel at these sites was supplied by Iran as part of its military support for Hezbollah. Iran funds Hezbollah through the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, transferring oil and money via various channels to Lebanon.
The Hezbollah terror organization continues to stockpile large quantities of fuel used for its terrorist activities and attacks on Israel.
IDF: A soldier in the Rotem Battalion, Givati Brigade, was severely injured today (Wednesday) during combat in northern Gaza.
The soldier was evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment, his family has been notified.
IDF: The IDF to the Reserve Soldiers in the North: “The IDF needs to be larger”
Today (Wednesday) the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Herzi Halevi, conducted a field tour and situational assessment in the Western Galilee sector with the Commanding Officer of the Northern Command, MG Ori Gordin, and the Commander of the 146th Division, BG Yeftah Norkin. Additionally, he held discussions with the brigade and battalion commanders in the reserves operating under the division in the limited, localized, targeted ground raid based on precise intelligence in Lebanon and in defense.

The following are the full remarks of the Chief of the General Staff: “To all the reservists, I understand the costs—family, employment, the strain here. Now we need solutions. First, we will maintain support; for those who come, we, as the formal system, need to provide solutions, recognition, and compensation, whether for students or those whose businesses are severely impacted. That’s what we’re building. We’re engaging older reservists and establishing additional frameworks to handle operational roles, significantly reducing the strain. We’re actively working on this every day. The IDF needs to be larger, both in regular forces and reserves, and therefore we’re building more forces.
Now, I want to tell you something; there’s considerable public discourse about the Haredim as well. On Monday, I visited wounded soldiers during Wounded Soldiers’ Appreciation Week at Soroka Hospital. I met a soldier from the Givati Brigade, injured in Rafah, who took a bullet in the upper thigh—a tough injury, but he’ll be okay. He’s Haredi, from Bnei Brak. He wanted to enlist, though his family initially didn’t support him; from the moment he began, they embraced him wholeheartedly, standing by him before and certainly after his injury. And I’m telling you, our question is how we create many more like him. That’s what’s socially right, and I believe if we can grow from this war with the understanding that the IDF needs to be larger, there might be a very positive social transformation as well.”
