In the incident in which Staff Sergeant Shoham Menahem, Sergeant Shlomo Yakir Shrem, and Sergeant Yuliy Faktor fell, an officer in the 52nd Armored Corps Battalion, 401st Brigade was severely injured.

The officer was evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment and his family has been notified.

IDF: Following the sirens that sounded in open areas in the communities near the Gaza Strip, two projectiles that crossed from the central Gaza Strip were most likely intercepted. No injuries were reported.
