IDF: Last night (Wednesday), two soldiers in the 202nd Battalion, Paratroopers Brigade, were severely injured in the Northern Gaza Strip.
The soldiers were evacuated to the hospital, and their families have been notified.

The IDF and ISA Continue Eliminating Terrorists of the General Security Apparatus and the Emergency Committee in the Gaza Strip
During the past week, the IDF, following IDF and ISA intelligence, struck and eliminated the terrorist Barhoum Shahin, the Head of the Western Gaza District in the General Security Apparatus, and the terrorist Asham Tzartzur, the Head of Hamas’ Government Emergency Committee in eastern Gaza.
As part of their roles, the terrorists were involved in Hamas’ security and governance activities in Gaza against the Gazan population, and in assisting the terrorists in Hamas’s military wing, while employing methods of repression and violence against the civilians of the Gaza Strip.
The General Security Apparatus is a secretive and significant mechanism in the Hamas terrorist organization, which is responsible for exposing “collaborators” and securing Hamas’ senior officials and its assets in the Gaza Strip and outside of it. In addition, the apparatus is responsible for producing intelligence assessments that assist the senior officials of the terror organization with decision-making and the execution of terror attacks against the State of Israel, and suppressing opposition to Hamas’ rule.
Additionally, as part of the strike, the terrorist Faraj Al-‘Aoul, the head of Hamas’ Legal Bureau and a member of Hamas’ Legislative Council, was eliminated.
The IDF will continue to operate in order to remove any threat posed to Israeli civilians.
IDF: Weekly Summary of Counterterrorism Activities in Judea and Samaria: Duvdevan Unit Soldiers Thwarted an Attempted Terrorist Attack Against IDF Troops
As part of a brigade-level activity in the Menashe region, Duvdevan Unit soldiers, guided by the Intelligence Directorate and the ISA, apprehended three terrorists last night (Thursday) in Qabatiya who were planning to attack IDF troops. During the activity, the troops located improvised explosive devices which the terrorists planned to use to harm our troops.

The IDF and ISA Eliminated a Key Islamic Jihad Terrorist, Who managed Transferring Funds to Terrorist Organizations in Judea and Samaria
This week (Sunday), in a joint IDF and ISA activity, Raed Khaled Hasan Jabayin, a key Islamic Jihad terrorist, was eliminated in an aerial strike in the northern Gaza Strip.
Jabayin, was previously incarcerated in Israel between 2006 and 2015 due to his involvement in terrorist activity as part of the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.
In recent years and throughout the war, Jabayin operated in several ways to transfer terror funds of the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization, aimed at advancing and executing terrorist attacks in Judea and Samaria.
Jabayin’s activity constituted a central function of transferring funds to the terrorist organizations in Judea and Samaria, which were used, among other things, to arm terrorists and advance terror attacks in Judea and Samaria against Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers.
The IDF and ISA will continue to operate against the terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip.

The IDF and ISA Eliminated the Commander of Hamas’ Daraj Tuffah Battalion, who infiltrated Israel on October 7th
Over the past week, the IDF and ISA struck and eliminated, in the area of Daraj Tuffah, the terrorist Muhammad Uthayn, Commander of Hamas’ Daraj Tuffah Battalion.
Muhammad infiltrated Israeli territory during the brutal October 7th massacre, and throughout the war, he advanced and executed numerous terror attacks against IDF troops.
His elimination further degrades the battalion’s operations in the area and will diminish its ability to execute terror attacks against IDF troops operating in the area.

IDF: Overnight (Saturday), IDF and Israel Border Police forces operated to disperse a violent gathering consisting of dozens of Israeli civilians across the border with Syria. After the gathering, the civilians crossed the border fence into Syrian territory in the Majdal Shams area, while acting violently toward the forces.
The IDF strongly condemns all violence of any kind against IDF personnel and the security forces and views such incidents with utmost severity, and emphasizes that crossing the border to Syria constitutes a criminal offense and endangers the public, as well as IDF soldiers.
The forces continue to operate to safely return the civilians who crossed the border.

IDF: IDF Operational Activity continues in the Gaza Strip
IDF troops, following IDF and ISA intelligence, continue operational activity against the terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip.
In northern Gaza, over the past day IDF troops eliminated terrorists on the ground and in aerial strikes, and continued dismantling terror infrastructure sites and weapon storage facilities above and below ground.
In addition, over the past day, IDF troops operating in northern and central Gaza, revealed enemy infrastructure and dismantled several terror infrastructure sites in the area of Beit Hanoun.
In Gaza City, IDF troops extend operational activity, directing strikes to eliminate terrorists, and dismantle terror infrastructure sites in the area. The troops operated over the past day and dismantled launching and sniping posts and weapons storage facilities.
Over the past day, the IAF struck approximately 90 terror targets throughout the Gaza Strip, along with the ground troops. Among the targets struck were military compounds, structures affiliated with terrorists, and underground infrastructure.
IDF: A combat engineering officer from the 710th Battalion of the 179th Brigade, and a reservist from the 749th Battalion of the 828 Bislamach Brigade, were severely injured earlier today (Saturday), during combat in the southern Gaza Strip.
IDF: The IDF Eliminated the Head of Hezbollah’s Yohmor Outpost
Earlier today (Saturday), the IDF struck and eliminated the terrorist Ahmad Muhammad Salah, head of Hezbollah’s Yohmor outpost.
Salah was involved in efforts to reestablish Hezbollah’s terrorist infrastructure sites in the area of Yohmor in southern Lebanon.
The IDF will continue to operate to remove any threat posed to the State of Israel.
