IDF ground, air, and naval troops are continuing to strike terror targets in the Gaza Strip, including terrorist cells and military sites and infrastructure used by terrorist organizations.
As part of assistance to the ground troops, dozens of IDF fighter jets struck over 100 Hamas terror targets, including tunnel shafts, infrastructure, and military sites used by the terrorist organization to attack IDF troops.
Overnight, IDF troops identified an armed terrorist cell in Jabalya that attempted to plant an explosive device adjacent to an IDF tank, where some of the terrorists were located.

Furthermore, during searches in an Islamic Jihad military compound in Daraj Tuffah, IDF troops located guns, explosive devices, and ammunition, along with intelligence documents and military equipment used by the terrorist organization.

IDF: The Tsabar battalion forces, who fought to secure Kfar Aza on the October 7th massacre, are operating in Daraj Tuffah in the northern Gaza Strip, near Kfar Aza. “From where I’m standing, I can see Kfar Aza again, only this time from a different position.”
In a joint operation of the Tsabar Battalion, Engineering force, 460th Armored Brigade, and the IAF in Daraj Tuffah, the forces killed many terrorists in close-quarter combat. Additionally, the forces discovered and destroyed 10 shafts, and a number of rocket launchers. The forces also located an explosive device, a box of grenades, Nukhba uniform, and pictures from a family photo album of children and a woman holding M-16 rifles, RPGs and sniper rifles.

IDF: Following the earlier message regarding the anti-tank missile fire from southern Lebanon at the Greek Orthodox Church of Iqrit in northern Israel, the terrorist operative who fired fled and hid in a building. IDF soldiers identified and struck the building.
Furthermore, as a result of the launches toward the Shomera area in northern Israel, an IDF soldier was severely injured and eight were moderately and lightly injured. The soldiers were evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment. Their families have been notified.
Moreover, over the last few hours, a number of launches were carried out toward the areas of Yiftach and Har Dov in northern Israel. IDF tanks and artillery fired in response toward the sources of the launches.

IDF: Earlier today (Tuesday), an IAF aircraft successfully intercepted a hostile aerial target that approached Israeli territory in the area of the Red Sea.

“Today, Hezbollah fired an anti-tank missile from Lebanon, hitting a Greek Orthodox Church in Northern Israel and wounding two Israeli Christians.
When IDF troops arrived to evacuate the wounded, Hezbollah terrorists fired another missile at the church, wounding 9 of our soldiers. Shortly after Hezbollah deliberately fired at the church, Hezbollah then fired at Israel from next to a mosque in Lebanon.

Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon follows the same extremist and dangerous ideology as Hamas, firing from holy sites in Lebanon and Gaza, and firing at holy sites across Israel. Hezbollah is trying to drag the country of Lebanon and the region into this war that Hamas started. If Hezbollah continues, they will bear the consequences and the responsibility for the outcome: an unnecessary war aimed at fulfilling an ISIS ideology, that could bring unwanted destruction to the people of Lebanon in this war they don’t deserve. A war that the entire region doesn’t deserve.
We are preparing for all scenarios should a diplomatic solution not be found to Hezbollah’s constant violations of UN Security Council Resolution 1701.
