IDF: Hamas Continues to Launch Rockets from the Designated Humanitarian Zone Towards Israel
Yesterday at 18:00, Hamas terrorists launched numerous rockets into Israel from the designated humanitarian zone. This is further proof that Hamas exploits the IDF’s humanitarian zone for terrorist activity.
Additionally, yesterday at 13:56 and at 14:16, Hamas launched four rockets from the humanitarian zone. The rockets landed in the Gaza Strip and endangered many citizens in Gaza.

IDF: Following the initial reports regarding sirens sounding in northern Israel, a suspicious aerial target that crossed from Lebanon was successfully intercepted by the IDF Aerial Defense Array. The alerts regarding rockets and missiles were activated as a result of the fragments of the interception.
A short while ago, a number of launches were identified from Lebanon toward IDF posts in the area of the border. IDF artillery struck the source of the fire and additional targets in Lebanon.

The forces of the 98th Division continue to fight in the Khan Yunis area, a main stronghold of the Hamas terrorist organization. The division’s troops have eliminated dozens of terrorists, conducted searches, destroyed tunnels and directed precise strikes from the ground and air.
The 7th Brigade began operations to break through Hamas’ lines, targeting dozens of anti-aircraft positions and enemy observation points. The soldiers raided the military post of Hamas’ ‘Dir al-Balah’ battalion and located weapons and intelligence.
The Givati Brigade, the 55th Brigade, and the 4th Brigade are encircling the city and conducting operations and raids on the battalions of the Khan Yunis Brigade of the Hamas terrorist organization. In a sustained raid by the forces, many weapons were found in a school, including rocket and mortar launchers, RPGs, explosives, and intelligence materials.
Soldiers of the 4th Brigade secured a Hamas command post inside a mosque where a terrorist cell was hiding. The terrorists were eliminated. Additionally, the forces eliminated a terrorist cell that tried to escape towards an underground tunnel.
Soldiers from the Commando Brigade raided the Hamas strongholds in Khan Yunis. Weapons, artillery launchers and intelligence materials were found in the residence of senior Hamas operatives. In addition, the soldiers are deploying the use of the precise ‘Iron Sting’ munition and are directing airstrikes and ground operations using accurate and precise fire.

IDF: IDF troops located grenades and AK-47 rifles in a school; IDF operational activity in the Gaza Strip continues
IDF operational activity in the Gaza Strip continues. IAF fighter jets struck terror targets and terrorists as ground troops continued combat in different locations.
IDF troops engaged with a terrorist cell in the area of a school in Shuja’iyya. Exchanges of fire took place in which all of the terrorists in the cell were killed. The troops continued to conduct searches in the area of the school and located a number of AK-47 rifles, grenades, and ammunition inside the classrooms.
Furthermore, IDF ground troops located and struck a tunnel shaft that was part of an extensive underground route in Shuja’iyya. The troops located an additional tunnel shaft, in which numerous weapons and an elevator were found.
IDF ground troops also identified a number of terrorists armed with anti-tank missiles approaching the troops in the area of Shuja’iyya. The troops directed an IDF helicopter to strike the terrorist cell, thwarting them before they opened fire at the troops.
During operational activity in the area of Beit Hanoun, IDF troops struck terrorists who shot at them from an UNRWA school and a mosque.
Overnight, Israeli naval troops struck terror infrastructure in the Gaza Strip where IDF ground troops had identified several terrorists. In addition, a number of terror targets affiliated with terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip were struck overnight, including infrastructure and vessels used for terrorist purposes.

IDF: A teddy bear stuffed with sniper rifles and ammunition, along with various weaponry, was found in schools in Gaza
During operational activity by the 551th Division yesterday, a large teddy bear was found containing sniper rifles and ammunition inside a school.
Additionally, in a nearby school, weaponry was found hidden in classrooms, some concealed in UNRWA bags.
The Hamas terrorist organization is using children’s games to conceal weapons, while deliberately putting the children of Gaza at risk. Throughout the war, weapons were found hidden in children’s items and play areas including in a girl’s backpack, under children’s beds, in schools, and in playgrounds.

IDF: Troops of the 931st Battalion in Close Quarters Combat with Members of the Hamas Terrorist Organization in Jabaliya
As part of the Nahal Brigade’s activity in Jabaliya, troops of the 931st Battalion received information regarding the presence of Hamas terrorists and weaponry in nearby structures. Consequently, the troops launched a targeted strike on those structures.
The terrorists had set up an ambush in the same area, preparing to attack our forces as they passed through the central traffic route. The forces flanked the enemy through one of the alleys, surprising them and firing at the terrorists. The terrorists fired back at our forces and threw grenades. The firefight continued until the terrorists were eliminated.
During encounters that occurred in the same area over the past few days, additional terrorists were eliminated by troops from the 931st Battalion, uncovering weaponry and terrorist infrastructure. Additionally, several terrorists were eliminated by tank fire and by IAF UAVs.

IDF: “Terrorist down!” The troops identified suspicious movement, opened fire, and eliminated the terrorists – footage from the encounter of the IDF’s Yahalom combat engineering unit during the fighting in the Jabaliya area.
As part of the IDF’s combat operations in the Jabaliya neighborhood, “Yahalom” combat engineering unit’s special forces received information regarding the presence of terrorists in the area and their intention to fire at our forces.
Consequently, the soldiers carried out focused raids and identified suspicious movement in one of the buildings.
The troops conducted a firefight from outside the building. After entering the building, the troops searched and identified two terrorists who fired at them, and threw a grenade in their direction. The soldiers engaged, shot and eliminated the terrorist.
