IDF: Kfir Brigade Troops Operate in Northern Gaza Strip Area Where Hamas Commanders Barricaded Themselves
This week, the Kfir Brigade, in collaboration with Yahalom Unit soldiers and under the command of the 162nd Division, completed a brigade-level operation in an area used by Hamas commanders as a hideout and a terror complex in the northern Gaza Strip, known as the ‘Officers’ Neighborhood.’
The area consists of structures overlooking Israeli territory, and serves as a central terror hub containing anti-tank firing positions, booby traps, shafts, numerous explosives, and launch sites for targeting Israeli territory.
During the operation, Yahalom Unit soldiers and the brigade’s engineering troops destroyed the complex and the terror infrastructure it contained.

IDF: Yahalom Unit and 99th Division Troops Dismantled an Underground Weapons Manufacturing Site in Central Gaza Strip
Yahalom Unit soldiers, under the command of the 99th division and acting on precise intelligence, located and dismantled an underground tunnel route containing a Hamas weapons manufacturing site during operations in the central Gaza Strip.
The complex contained several lathes, as well as processing and cutting machines used, among other things, for the production of weapons. The complex also contained military equipment.
The troops discovered underground tunnels fitted with blast-resistant doors and utility rooms used by Hamas terrorists.
The division’s engineering forces, the 551st brigade, and the Yahalom Unit seized the findings, mapped the site, and dismantled it.
The destruction of the manufacturing site deals another blow to Hamas’ efforts to rebuild its capabilities.

IDF: Overnight (Saturday), the IDF conducted a precise and intelligence-based strike on armed Hamas terrorists in the area of Salah al-Din in southern Gaza.
All of the terrorists targeted in the strike were involved in terrorist activities, which included exploiting humanitarian aid corridors.
The strike was carried out at a distance from the movement of humanitarian aid trucks and did not affect the continued entrance of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
Additionally, earlier today (Saturday), the IAF conducted a precise and intelligence-based strike on four armed Hamas terrorists in a vehicle in Deir al Balah in central Gaza.
The IDF continues to precisely operate against the Hamas terrorist organization in accordance with international law while taking every measure to mitigate harm to uninvolved civilians.
