IDF: Following the sirens that sounded at 8:14 in northern Israel, a suspicious aerial target that crossed from Lebanon was successfully intercepted by the IDF Aerial Defense Array. No injuries were reported.
Shortly after, additional sirens regarding a hostile aircraft infiltration sounded in the area. Two suspicious aerial targets that crossed from Lebanon fell in an open area in Beit Hillel. No injuries were reported.

IDF: A terrorist cell armed with RPGs was eliminated in Shejaiya; A rocket launcher embedded by Hamas inside a humanitarian area in Deir Al-Balah was dismantled in a precise strike
Over the past day, the IDF operated against armed terrorist cells and destroyed weapons and terrorist infrastructure below and above the ground in the area of Shejaiya. During one activity, IDF troops encountered a number of Hamas operatives that ambushed and fired at the forces in the area. During the battle, the soldiers eliminated all of the terrorists and no IDF injuries were reported. In another incident, three terrorists armed with RPGs were eliminated in an aerial strike in the area.
The IDF is continuing targeted, intelligence-based operational activity in the Rafah area. During scans conducted by the soldiers, several underground infrastructure sites were destroyed, and weapons and military equipment were confiscated.
Several terrorist cells that posed a threat and were identified operating near the troops in the area were eliminated. In one incident, a terrorist cell that fired toward the troops was eliminated in an aerial strike.
In the Deir al-Balah area, a Hamas rocket launcher embedded by the terrorist organization inside a humanitarian area was identified near civilian shelters. The IAF carried out a precise strike on the launcher. Before the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including warnings to the population in the area, as well as assessing real-time incoming intelligence.

IDF: Locating a Weapons Storage Facility containing Long-Range Rockets and Explosives: the 7th Brigade in Shejaiya
In the last week, the 7th Brigade Combat Team has been operating under the command of the 98th Division. The soldiers are engaging in combat against terrorists, both above and below ground, and are eliminating them using tank fire and directing aerial fire.
During the operations in the Shejaiya area, the soldiers located underground tunnel shafts and confiscated weapons and long-range rockets indicating a renewed attempt by the enemy to establish a base in the area.
In addition, the soldiers destroyed booby-trapped explosives that the enemy had buried in the area.

IDF: Locating an Underground Weapons Storage Facility and using a Drone to Locate a Tunnel Shaft in a Residential Building; the activity of the Nahal Brigade
The Nahal Brigade Combat Team is operating in the Rafah area under the command of the 162nd Division. The soldiers are carrying out scans in areas that were used by terrorists to prepare for combat, as well as locating operational tunnel shafts in residential buildings.
In one of the scans, soldiers of the Nahal Reconnaissance Unit located and dismantled an underground storage facility where weapons, explosives, cartridges and rockets were found.
During the activity in the last few days, the brigade’s Fire Control Center destroyed the booby-trapped building where Sergeant Ori Itzchak Hadad fell.

IDF: Earlier today, based on IDF and ISA intelligence, the IAF struck several terrorists operating in structures located in the area of UNRWA’s Al-Jaouni School in the central Gaza Strip.
This location served as a hideout and operational infrastructure from which attacks against IDF troops operating in the Gaza Strip were directed and carried out.
Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken in order to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including the use of precise aerial surveillance and additional intelligence.
The Hamas terrorist organization systematically violates international law, exploiting civilian structures and population as human shields for its terror attacks against the State of Israel.
IDF: Earlier today, the IAF struck Hezbollah terror infrastructure sites and observation posts in the areas of Houla and Odaisseh in southern Lebanon. Moreover, IDF artillery fired throughout the day in order to remove threats in the areas of Yaroun, Maroun El Ras, and Blida.
