IDF: IDF operational activities continue throughout the Gaza Strip
Yesterday (Saturday), a projectile was identified crossing from the area of Shejaiya in the northern Gaza Strip and falling in an open area in the vicinity of Nahal Oz. No injuries were reported.
A short while afterward, the IAF eliminated the terrorist who launched the projectile and struck the structure from which he carried it out.
Over the past day in the area of Shejaiya, IDF troops eliminated several terrorists, dismantled terror infrastructure sites, and located numerous weapons, including explosive devices, AK-47 rifles, machine guns, and pistols. During one of the activities, IDF troops dismantled a mortar and located an RPG, grenade, and an improvised explosive device.
Moreover, IDF troops are continuing a targeted, intelligence-based operational activity in the Rafah area in southern Gaza. Over the past day, the troops eliminated over 30 terrorists during close-quarters encounters and IAF strikes. Additionally, the IAF dismantled a ready-to-use rocket launcher in the area.
Furthermore, the IDF conducted an intelligence-based operation against the Khan Yunis municipality building, which the Hamas terrorist organization used for its terrorist activities. The building contained an operational tunnel shaft connected to underground terror infrastructure and was used as a gathering point for Hamas terrorist operatives. Based on IDF and ISA intelligence, the IAF conducted a precise strike on the target. Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken in order to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including the evacuation of the civilian population from the area.
The Hamas terrorist organization operates from within the humanitarian area and systematically violates international law, exploiting civilian structures and population as human shields for its terror attacks against the State of Israel. The IDF will continue to operate against terrorists and terror infrastructure.

IDF: Following the sirens that sounded in northern Israel a short while ago, approximately 20 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon toward the area of the Lower Galilee, some of which were intercepted by the IDF Aerial Defense Array.
In addition, following the sirens that sounded in the area of Ramot Naftali in northern Israel at 5:34 regarding rocket and missile launches, the IDF Aerial Defense Array successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target. No injuries or damage were reported.
The sirens regarding rocket and missile launches were activated in the area due to the danger of falling shrapnel from the interception. No sirens sounded regarding a hostile aircraft infiltration according to protocol.

Simultaneously, the IDF struck a Hamas weapons manufacturing facility embedded by the terrorist organization in the area of the school.
Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken in order to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including the use of precise aerial surveillance and additional intelligence.

IDF: Drone Footage of Armed Terrorists Inside a Civilian Residence In Shejaiya
Over the past week, soldiers from the Paratroopers Reconnaissance Unit have been operating in the Shejaiya area. The soldiers have been locating large quantities of weapons, destroying dozens of booby-trapped buildings and eliminating terrorist cells in close-quarters encounters.
In one of the operations, the soldiers encountered an armed terrorist cell and in a close-quarters battle they eliminated several terrorists. Later, using a drone, the Paratroopers identified a number of terrorists, and eliminated them using both tank fire and close range fire. During the encounters, seven armed terrorists were eliminated.

IDF: Footage of Hezbollah firing anti-tank missiles from a civilian area in southern Lebanon
Following the sirens that sounded in northern Israel earlier today (Sunday), approximately 20 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon toward the area of Meron. As a result, fires broke out in the area. No injuries were reported. Israeli Fire and Rescue Services are currently operating to extinguish the fires.
In addition, two anti-tank missiles were launched from the area of Ayta Ash Shab in southern Lebanon toward the area of Shtula in northern Israel earlier today. The Hezbollah terrorist organization continues to embed its military assets inside civilian areas in Lebanon and use them as human shields in its terrorist attacks against Israel.

IDF: Following the sirens regarding a hostile aircraft infiltration in northern Israel in the past hour, several aerial targets that were identified crossing from Lebanon were successfully intercepted by the IDF Aerial Defense Array in the areas of Har Dov and Dafna.
