IDF: Changes to the Home Front Command Defensive Guidelines
Following the situational assessment, it was determined that as of today (Friday), at 03:00, immediate changes will be made to the Home Front Command Guidelines.
As part of the changes, it was decided to shift all areas of the country from Full Activity to Essential Activity.
The guidelines include: a prohibition on educational activities, gatherings, and workplaces, except for essential sectors.
The public is required to follow the guidelines published on the official Home Front Command channels.
Full guidelines will be updated on the National Emergency Portal and the Home Front Command app.

A short while ago, following the directive of the political echelon, the IDF launched a preemptive, precise, combined offensive based on high-quality intelligence to strike Iran’s nuclear program, and in response to the Iranian regime’s ongoing aggression against Israel. A short while, dozens of IAF jets completed the first stage that included strikes on dozens of military targets, including nuclear targets in different areas of Iran.
The public is requested to follow the instructions of the IDF Home Front Command, which will be updated as necessary, and act calmly and responsibly. The IDF and the relevant authorities are prepared for a wide range of scenarios in defense and offense that may be needed.
For years, the Iranian regime has been waging a direct and indirect campaign of terror against the State of Israel, by funding and directing terrorist activities via its proxies across the Middle East, while advancing toward obtaining a nuclear weapon. The Iranian regime is at the head of the axis responsible for all terrorist attacks against the State of Israel since the beginning of the “Swords of Iron” War, including by arming and funding the Hamas terror organization which was responsible for the October 7th Massacre. During the “Swords of Iron” War, Iran even directly attacked Israel twice, firing hundreds of missiles toward the State of Israel.
The Iranian regime has proclaimed that its objective is to destroy the State of Israel. Senior officials in the Iranian regime have publicly declared their intent to destroy Israel, and are operating to achieve this together with their proxies in the Middle East. Today, Iran is closer than ever to obtaining a nuclear weapon. Weapons of mass destruction in the hands of the Iranian regime are an existential threat to the State of Israel and a significant threat to the wider world. The State of Israel will not allow a regime whose objective is to destroy the State of Israel to obtain weapons of mass destruction.
The IDF has conducted a process of preparations for a campaign on the frontline and on the home front. The resilience of Israel’s citizens will be an important factor of the campaign.
The IDF is ready to continue to act as required. The State of Israel has the obligation to act in defense of its citizens and will continue to do so everywhere it is required to do so, as we have done in the past.

IDF reveals the Iranian plan to destroy Israel
For years, the Iranian regime has been waging a direct and indirect campaign of terror against the State of Israel by developing a nuclear weapon, developing advanced long-range missiles and warheads, and funding and directing terror proxies across the Middle East. The goal of destroying the State of Israel is rooted in the founding principles of the extremist regime, and leaders of the regime have openly proclaimed this. In recent years, and especially since the beginning of the war, the IDF Intelligence Directorate has collected and analyzed vast quantities of intelligence materials that reveal the regime has a concrete plan to destroy the State of Israel, which they call “The Destruction of Israel Plan.”
In parallel to the efforts of the Iranian regime to obtain nuclear weapons, the regime has focused on manufacturing tens of thousands of missiles and UAVs, and are advancing plans for a combined ground offensive against Israel on multiple fronts simultaneously.
Materials collected during the war show the coordination between the Iranian regime and the leaders of Hamas and Hezbollah, including after the October 7th Massacre, which demonstrates how the regime plans to re-arm the terrorist organizations.

IDF: The IDF Eliminated the Commander of the Air Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps: The Senior Chain of Command of the Air Force Was Eliminated Along With Him
Overnight, the Intelligence Directorate identified that the senior chain of command of the Air Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) had assembled in an underground command center to prepare for an attack on the State of Israel.
As part of the combined opening strike, IAF fighter jets struck the command center where the Commander of the IRGC’s Air Force, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, was located along with other senior officials.
Along with Hajizadeh, the Commander of the UAV Force of the IRGC’s Air Force, Taher-pour, and the Commander of the Aerial Command of the IRGC’s Air Force, Davoud Shaykhian, were eliminated.
The IRGC’s Air Force is responsible for repeated attacks against Israeli civilians. Notably, Hajizadeh and his subordinates commanded Iran’s direct missile and UAV attacks against Israel in October 2024 and the direct missile strike in April 2024.
In addition, the senior officials who were eliminated led the attack on Saudi Arabia’s oil facilities in September 2019.
Hajizadeh publicly declared his commitment to Israel’s destruction at various events in recent years and played a central role in developing the Iranian regime’s plan for Israel’s destruction.

Your responsibility on the home front saves lives. This evening again demonstrated the importance of adhering to safety guidelines. I ask you to continue doing so — it saves lives. This is exactly why you received early warnings from the Home Front Command.
