IDF: Earlier today (Thursday), several Hezbollah terrorists were identified transferring weapons in the area of Yohmor in southern Lebanon. The IDF struck the terrorists.
IDF: The IDF Struck and Eliminated a Battalion Commander in Hezbollah’s Radwan Force
Overnight, the IAF struck and eliminated the terrorist Ahmad Adnan Bajjiga, a battalion commander in Hezbollah’s Radwan Force, in the area of Derdghaiya in southern Lebanon.
Throughout the war, the terrorist advanced and directed numerous terror attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops.
In recent months, Ahmad continued directing terror attacks against Israel’s Home Front, posing a threat to the State of Israel and its civilians.
The IDF will continue to operate in order to remove any threat posed to the State of Israel.

IDF: Following the sirens that sounded a short while ago in several areas in Israel, two missiles launched from Yemen were intercepted prior to crossing into Israeli territory.
Sirens were sounded in accordance with protocol.

The Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir, bid farewell this morning to the outgoing IDF Spokesperson, RAdm. Daniel Hagari. The Chief of the General Staff noted that RAdm. Hagari performed his duties with excellence during an especially complex period, in which communication to the public was required to be at the forefront.
The Chief of the General Staff said: “Hagari was the man who conveyed to the public, night after night, both the difficult news and the good news — all with courage, sensitivity, and composure. I thank you for your meaningful combat service and wish you great success going forward.”
The Chief of the General Staff extended his best wishes to the incoming IDF Spokesperson, BG Effie Defrin, stating that he faces an important mission and expressed confidence in his success.
IDF: Throughout the week, the security forces continued counterterrorism operations throughout Judea and Samaria.
During the activity, the forces eliminated two terrorists, apprehended approximately 80 wanted suspects, and confiscated dozens of weapons, including explosive devices, munitions, and additional combat equipment.
Additionally, during the week, IDF soldiers apprehended three terrorists who consistently hurled rocks at Highway 60 from Silwad.
Moreover, the security forces precisely operated to thwart terrorism in Balata. During the activity, the forces apprehended a number of wanted suspects.
This morning, the forces confiscated an M-16 rifle that belonged to a terrorist who was apprehended in the area of Jabal al-Shimaly.
The wanted suspects and the confiscated weapons were transferred to the ISA and Israel Police’ Samaria and Judea District for further processing.

The IDF and ISA Eliminated the Hamas Terrorist Organization’s Spokesperson
Overnight, the IDF and ISA conducted a strike in northern Gaza, eliminating the terrorist Abd al-Latif Rajab Jumaa Qanou, spokesperson of the Hamas terrorist organization. He served as one of Hamas’ key inciters, as well as a terrorist in Hamas’ military wing.
Qanou systematically used media platforms for propaganda purposes, psychological terror, and the distribution of false information regarding Hamas’ activities in the Gaza Strip and outside of it.
For years, Qanou was one of Hamas’ key spokesmen, spreading lies, inciting terrorist activities, and advancing the terrorist organization’s agenda, which calls for the destruction of the State of Israel.
The IDF and ISA will continue to operate to dismantle Hamas’ governmental and military capabilities.
