In the incident where Lieutenant Ivri Dickshtein fell, a combat officer in the 51st Battalion, Golani Brigade, was severely injured.
The officer was evacuated to a hospital to receive medical treatment, his family has been notified.
IDF: Over the past few hours, the IAF conducted a series of intelligence-based strikes on Hezbollah weapons storage facilities in the Dahieh area, a key Hezbollah terrorist stronghold in Beirut, where Hezbollah has systematically embedded its terrorist infrastructure amidst the Lebanese civilian population, cynically exploiting them as a human shield.
Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk to civilians, including issuing advance warnings to the population in the area.
These strikes are a part of the IDF’s ongoing efforts to dismantle and degrade Hezbollah’s military capabilities. The IDF is continuing to strike Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure sites in the Dahieh area.

IDF: The IDF struck Hezbollah Radwan Command Centers in Nabatieh and launchers that fired rockets yesterday toward northern Israel
Over the past day, IDF troops continued targeted operations in southern Lebanon, locating Hezbollah terrorist equipment, launchers, short-range rockets that were intended to strike the communities of the Galilee area, guns, and additional weaponry. Moreover, the troops dismantled underground Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure.
During targeted strikes yesterday (Thursday), the IDF struck Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure sites and Radwan command centers in the Nabatieh area in southern Lebanon. Among the targets that were struck is a terrorist infrastructure site used by Hezbollah’s Bader Unit to advance terror attacks against the State of Israel and IDF troops.
The Hezbollah terrorist organization systematically takes control of civilian areas throughout Lebanon and embeds its commanders and operatives in civilian areas in order to plan and carry out terror attacks, endangering Lebanese civilians.
Over the past day, the IAF struck more than 120 terrorist targets throughout Lebanon, including weapons storage facilities, command centers, terrorist cells, and a large quantity of launchers, including some that fired rockets yesterday toward Haifa and the Upper Galilee area.

IDF: The IDF and ISA eliminated a terrorist responsible for fire support in the Islamic Jihad’s Gaza City Brigade
In the Gaza Strip, with the intelligence direction of the ISA, the IAF struck and eliminated the terrorist Alkaman Abed Elslam Khalil Anbar, responsible for fire support in the Islamic Jihad’s Gaza City Brigade.
Anbar was responsible for the Islamic Jihad’s rocket fire array from the Gaza Strip toward Israeli territory and was a significant figure in the organization’s weapons manufacturing processes. He was eliminated alongside other Islamic Jihad terrorists who fired rockets toward the State of Israel and IDF troops.
Furthermore, IDF troops continue operational activity in the Jabaliya, Beit Lahia, and Rafah areas in the Gaza Strip. Over the past day, the troops eliminated terrorists in close-quarters encounters and in directed aerial strikes and located large quantities of weaponry, including explosive devices, machine guns, and additional terrorist equipment.

IDF: Delivery of 1,000 Units of Blood Through the Kerem Shalom Border Crossing to Nasser Hospital in Southern Gaza; Ongoing Humanitarian Medical Efforts Led by the COGAT Unit
As part of the IDF’s efforts to supply medical resources to residents in Gaza, 1,000 units of blood were delivered yesterday (Thursday) through the Kerem Shalom Crossing. This was coordinated by the Gaza District Coordination and Liaison Office within COGAT, along with additional international aid organizations. These blood units are designated for Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza, supporting hospital operations, ongoing treatments, and maintaining critical hospital systems.
The blood units are expected to be distributed to Nasser Hospital in the coming days. This delivery is part of COGAT’s broader medical assistance initiatives, conducted in cooperation with international aid organizations, including the establishment of 14 field hospitals, and more than 2,800 trucks carrying 28,000 tons of medical equipment and other sanitary materials that have been delivered to Gaza.
The IDF, through COGAT, will continue to act in accordance with international law to provide humanitarian aid to Gaza residents, with particular emphasis on the medical field.

IDF: As of 15:00, approximately 30 projectiles that were fired by the Hezbollah terrorist organization have crossed from Lebanon into Israel today (Friday, November 15th).

Additionally, based on IDF intelligence, the IAF struck smuggling routes of the Syrian Regime in the Syrian-Lebanese border last night (Thursday). These routes were used to smuggle weapons to the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
The strikes on the smuggling routes are part of a larger effort targeting the capabilities of Unit 4400. Unit 4400 is the Hezbollah unit responsible for smuggling weapons from Iran, through Syria, and into Lebanon, to be used to carry out terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians.
