IDF: A short while ago, two UAVs that approached Israeli territory from the east were intercepted by the IAF in the Red Sea area.
The UAVs were intercepted before crossing into Israeli territory.
IDF: The IDF struck the launcher and terrorist that fired at the HaMifratz area yesterday (Thursday); IDF operational activity continues in southern Lebanon and the Gaza Strip
Yesterday (Thursday), projectiles were fired from Lebanon toward the area of HaMifratz in northern Israel. The IAF struck the launcher and the terrorist who fired the projectiles.
Over the past day, IDF troops continued their limited, localized, and targeted activity in southern Lebanon, eliminating terrorists, locating weapons, and dismantling terrorist infrastructure sites and launchers.
Simultaneously, IDF operational activity continues throughout the Gaza Strip.
In the Jabaliya area, the troops eliminated dozens of terrorists from the air and ground and conducted targeted raids on military structures.
In central Gaza, the troops identified and eliminated several armed terrorists who were operating in the area.
In the Rafah area, the troops identified terrorists operating within a military structure that had an underground tunnel shaft. The IAF then struck and eliminated the terrorists.
Over the past day, the IAF struck over 200 terror targets belonging to Hamas in the Gaza Strip and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, including command and control centers, launchers, and terrorist infrastructure sites.

IDF: During an IDF, Israel Border Police, and ISA counterterrorism operation in Nur Shams, two terrorists who fired at the security forces were eliminated by the IAF. The terrorists Abd al-Aziz Abu Saman and Ahmad Essam Fahmaui were known operatives in the area of Nur Shams and involved in previous shooting and explosives attacks.
Additional terrorists were killed and hit during close-quarters combat in the area.
The forces also dismantled explosive devices that were planted under the roads in order to attack the forces.
During the counterterrorism operation, a UAV identified terrorists smuggling weapons into a hospital compound in Tulkarm. This is a further example of terrorists exploiting civilian infrastructure, including hospitals and ambulances, for terrorist activities in Judea and Samaria.

IDF: Overnight, with the direction of IDF intelligence, the IAF struck Hezbollah weapons manufacturing facilities, command centers, and additional terrorist infrastructure sites in the area of Beirut.
In addition, the IAF struck command and control centers, intelligence headquarters, and command centers used by Hezbollah’s Southern Front in the area of Nabatieh in southern Lebanon.
Prior to the strikes, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk to civilians, including issuing advance warnings to the population in the area.
Hezbollah has deliberately embedded its weapons and military infrastructure in civilian areas across Lebanon, and uses this for its attacks on Israel – including the rocket attacks which killed seven civilians inside Israel yesterday (Thursday).
This strike was part of the IDF’s ongoing efforts to degrade Hezbollah’s terrorist infrastructure sites and capabilities in the area of Beirut.
IDF: IDF Troops of the 3rd Brigade Encountered Terrorists and Removed Threats to Israeli Communities in Southern Lebanon; The Commanding Officer of the 89th Battalion: “Our best people fell here, but we raised our heads up and continued to fight and stand firm in the mission”
In recent weeks, the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, under the command of the 91st Division, has been conducting limited, localized, targeted raids in southern Lebanon. The troops encountered and eliminated dozens of terrorists in cooperation with the IAF, located hundreds of weapons, and dismantled terrorist infrastructure.
Last week (Friday), during operational activity following a logistical resupply mission, five reservists in the 89th Reserve Armored Battalion fell in combat: MAJ (res.) Dan Maori, CPT (res.) Alon Safrai, WO (res.) Omri Lotan, WO (res.) Guy Idan, and MSG (res.) Tom Segal. The IDF expresses its condolences to the families and will continue to accompany them.
In the same incident, 19 other soldiers were wounded. After a complex evacuation under fire, the troops continued their missions in the area.

IDF: Overnight, terrorist groups launched seven UAVs from several fronts toward Israeli territory. IAF fighter jets, helicopters, and aerial defense systems intercepted all of these threats.
In October, more than 100 UAVs launched by terrorists toward Israel were intercepted.
The IDF will continue to operate to thwart all threat to the citizens of the State of Israel.
