IDF: Yesterday (Sunday), in coordination with COGAT, a humanitarian convoy enabled the evacuation of patients and staff from the Kamal Adwan and Al-Awda hospitals to other hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip. The convoy also provided humanitarian aid to these hospitals, including food, water, fuel and medical equipment, to maintain their essential operations. These are part of efforts to supply humanitarian aid and address the medical concerns of the population in the northern Gaza Strip.
As the convoy passed by the Kamal Adwan Hospital, a report was received from the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the detonation of an explosive device, only a few hundred meters away from the hospital. As a result of the explosion, the convoy was hit by shrapnel. No injuries were reported among the convoy’s personnel.
Following the incident, the COGAT Gaza Coordination and Liason Administration (CLA) reached out to the heads of the WHO and clarified this was an explosive device planted by the terrorist organizations in Gaza.
Additionally, following an assessment by COGAT with hospital officials, six children in the hospital were injured by the explosion. Damage was also caused to the roof and courtyard of the hospital.
The terrorist organizations continue to exploit civilian infrastructure, medical facilities and international aid organizations for their terror activities.
The IDF and COGAT will continue to operate in accordance with international law to transfer humanitarian and medical aid to the Gaza Strip.

IDF: As of 15:00, approximately 60 projectiles that were fired by the Hezbollah terrorist organization have crossed from Lebanon into Israel today (Monday, November 4th).
The IDF will continue to defend the State of Israel and its people against the threat posed by the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
IDF: Following the sirens that sounded a short while ago in the Western Galilee area, the IAF successfully intercepted a UAV that infiltrated from Lebanon into Israeli territory.
IDF: A short while ago, the IAF conducted an aerial operation and struck Hezbollah terror targets belonging to Hezbollah’s intelligence headquarters in Syria.
This is Hezbollah’s central intelligence body, responsible for intelligence assessments, the direction of intelligence activities, and the intelligence gathering and detection capabilities.
Hezbollah’s intelligence headquarters has a branch in Syria, which includes an independent intelligence gathering, coordination, and assessment network under the direct command of Hezbollah’s Head of Intelligence, Hassan Ali al-Zaima. Both he and Hashem Safieddine were eliminated in a recent operation in the Dahiyeh area of Beirut.
Mahmoud Mohammed Shaheen, the head of Hezbollah’s intelligence branch in Syria, was also eliminated in that strike. Mahmoud Mohammed Shaheen held various positions in Hezbollah. Within the intelligence headquarters, he assumed the role of Head of the Syrian branch in 2007. Over the years, he gained experience and established close working relations with the Syrian regime and Iranian-aligned officials. In his role, he led the development and deployment of intelligence and air defense capabilities in coordination with various parts of the Iranian axis.
Shaheen was a significant figure in regional collaboration, and his elimination constitutes a further degradation of Hezbollah’s intelligence capabilities.
In recent weeks, the IDF has significantly degraded Hezbollah’s intelligence headquarters, destroying military intelligence assets in Lebanon and damaging the organization’s intelligence-gathering capabilities. The targeting of Hezbollah’s military intelligence assets in Syria further contributes to the operations in Lebanon, undermining the intelligence abilities of the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
With the support of the Syrian regime, Hezbollah endangers the safety of Syrian civilians by establishing headquarters and deploying forces in civilian areas throughout the country.
IDF: Following a situational assessment, it was determined that as of today (Monday) at 20:00, changes will be made to the Home Front Command’s defensive guidelines.
As part of the changes, it was decided that in Tirat Carmel (Haifa Bay area) the activity scale will be changed from Partial to Full Activity.
The rest of the country’s guidelines remain unchanged.
The instructions published on the official Homefront Command channels must be followed. The full instructions are updated on the National Emergency Portal and the Home Front Command app.
IDF: As of 23:00, approximately 90 projectiles that were fired by the Hezbollah terrorist organization have crossed from Lebanon into Israel today (Monday, November 4th).
The IDF will continue to defend the State of Israel and its people against the threat posed by the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
