IDF: The IDF and ISA eliminated three Hamas terrorists who participated in the deadly October 7th massacre

In a joint IDF and ISA operation on September 30, 2024, an IAF aircraft struck a command and control center, which was previously embedded inside the ‘Shuja’iyya’ school in Daraj Tuffah. The command and control center was used by terrorists to plan and execute terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians.

During the strike, several terrorists were killed, including Muhammad Rafa’i, a terrorist from Hamas’s Gaza Brigade. Rafa’i had participated in the deadly October 7th massacre in the areas of Kfar Aza and Nahal Oz and was involved in terror activities against IDF troops and Israeli civilians.

In another joint operation by the IDF and ISA in Rafah on October 1, 2024, an IAF aircraft targeted and killed two additional Hamas terrorists, Muhammad Zinon and Basel Ahras, who had participated in the deadly October 7th massacre and were involved in plotting terror attacks against Israeli civilians.

The IDF and the ISA will continue to operate against Hamas terrorists involved in the deadly October 7th massacre.

IDF: IDF troops continue operational activity in the Gaza Strip

Over the past day, IDF troops eliminated approximately 20 terrorists in aerial strikes and close-quarter encounters in the Jabaliya area. IDF troops dismantled a weapons storage facility and located large quantities of weapons, including grenades and AK-47 rifles. The troops eliminated terrorists who operated in a structure from which anti-tank missiles were fired toward them and located large quantities of weaponry.

In central Gaza, IDF troops continue operating to dismantle terrorist infrastructure sites and eliminate terrorists in targeted raids. Over the past day, the troops conducted operations in Bureij, dismantling terrorist infrastructure sites and eliminating terrorists.

Furthermore, IDF troops continue operational activity in the Rafah area. With the direction of IDF intelligence, the IAF conducted a precise strike on a structure from which a terrorist cell planned terror activities against the troops, eliminating them.

Over the past day, the IAF struck over 70 terror targets in the Gaza Strip including terrorist infrastructure, military structures, and more.

IDF: Following the sirens that sounded between 12:11 and 12:15 in the Haifa Bay, Upper Galilee, and Central Galilee areas, the majority of the projectiles were intercepted by the IAF Aerial Defense Array. Multiple fallen projectiles were identified in the area.

There are no changes to the Home Front Command defensive guidelines.

IDF: A short while ago, the IAF struck several Hezbollah launchers from which projectiles were fired today toward the area of Haifa.

Yesterday (Monday), IDF soldiers identified Hezbollah terrorists entering a school building in the area of Tayr Harfa.
The Hezbollah terrorist organization used the school for terrorist purposes, embedding a launcher aimed toward Israel within the building. A short while following the identification, the IAF struck and eliminated the terrorists in the area of the school.
This is a further example of the Hezbollah terrorist organization’s exploitation of civilian infrastructure.

Overnight with the direction of IDF intelligence, the IAF struck a Hezbollah weapons storage facility along with additional terrorist infrastructure sites in Beirut.

Over the past few hours, IAF fighter jets have continued to strike Hezbollah terror targets in Lebanon, including launchers, terrorist infrastructure sites, and anti-tank missile launchers.

During IDF operational activity in the area, the IAF struck Hezbollah observation posts, anti-tank missile launchers, and ambush posts.

IDF: The IDF located and dismantled a Hezbollah underground tunnel that crossed approximately 10 meters from the Marwahin area in Lebanon into Israeli territory near the Zar’it community. The tunnel, which was located several months ago, is blocked at the border area and does not have an exit point into Israeli territory. The tunnel was located as part of the IDF’s operations to dismantle Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure in southern Lebanon.

IDF troops, including special units, scanned the tunnel and located weapons, explosive devices, and anti-tank missiles.

The tunnel was under full operational control until the arrival of the soldiers in the area to prevent its use for terrorist activities.

At this stage, aside from this tunnel, no other tunnels crossing from Lebanon into Israel are known. The IDF continues its limited, localized, targeted ground raids based on precise intelligence and targeted airstrikes in southern Lebanon, constantly working to dismantle the capabilities of Hezbollah, in order to safely return the residents of the north to their homes.

IDF: As of today, (Tuesday), approximately 180 projectiles fired by the Hezbollah terrorist organization crossed from Lebanon into Israeli territory.

The IDF will continue to operate against the threat of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in defense of the State of Israel and its residents.
