IDF: Following the attack on northern Israel: the IDF is currently striking Hezbollah terrorist targets in Lebanon

The IDF is currently striking targets belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon.

Over the past few hours, Hezbollah launched approximately 115 aerial threats toward civilian areas in northern Israel.

The IDF defensive arrays are deployed in the area, are on high preparedness to thwart threats.

IDF strikes will continue and will intensify against the Hezbollah terrorist organization.

IDF: The Commanding Officer of the Home Front Command, MG Rafi Milo, is currently at the site of the Hezbollah strike in Kiryat Bialik.

The Home Front Command immediately rushed to the scene and began conducting searches in cooperation with the Israel Police, the Israel Fire and Rescue Services, Magen David Adom (MDA), and the local authority. There are no casualties in the incident.

We emphasize the importance of continuing to follow the instructions published by the Home Front Command through official channels – they save lives.

IDF: Following the sirens that sounded in the southern Golan area, the IAF successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target that crossed into Israeli territory from the east. Rocket and missile sirens sounded following the possibility of fallen shrapnel from the interception. No damage or injuries were reported.

This morning, IAF fighter jets, with the intelligence direction of the IDF and Northern Command, struck dozens of Hezbollah terror targets, including launchers and military structures in dozens of areas in southern Lebanon.

IDF: A short while ago, following the direction of IDF, ISA, and Southern Command intelligence, the IAF conducted a precise strike on Hamas terrorists in the northern Gaza Strip. The terrorists were operating from within a compound that previously served as the ‘Kafr Qasem’ School.

Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harm to uninvolved civilians, including the use of precise munitions, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence information.

This is a further example of the Hamas terrorist organization’s systematic abuse of civilian infrastructure in violation of international law. The IDF will continue to act against terrorist organizations that use schools and civilian institutions as shelter.

IDF: Footage from Last Night’s Dozens of Interceptions

With high interception rates, the multi-layered aerial defense effort prevented significant damage to the home front. There were a small number of cases of hits and interception debris falling on the home front.
